Concept Gates

Called Concept Gates at 5pm and they came the next day by 12pm. Abraham was very professional and knowledgeable as to what was wrong with our gate. He gave us 2 options and completed the job within a hour. The gate now works better than when we had it installed by someone else. Highly recommend Concept Gatex

horrible service..!!!1- they increased their quote after their site visit despite i given them all the information and answered all question at their office..2- few months after installation the gate broke down and they charge me 240 $ to repair it despite still under warranty. they said labour is not covered by warranty but clearly the problem was labour fault..3- the gate broke again few weeks ago..i called and email them,,they said will come to fix it few time and they never did, they lied and the gate still not fixed and other services they wont touch it as not their automation work and they told me the system i installed is poor quality despite to paid top dollars..in summery theses people sees you as money, have poor quality work and poor maintenance service.i hope my review will benefit some people who are looking to install automatic gate.

I organised for my old gate to be replaced with a new one. Abraham had it installed by the next afternoon. Very efficient and happy with the service.

Terrible experience. After spending a substantial amount of money on a gate and installation, I have nothing good to say about the service from this company. We had issues with delivery (they turned up weeks after they said they would), installation (when the gate arrived it was the wrong size and shape) and faulty operation (fuses blown, not closing properly, etc). Phone calls were not returned, and when contacted, their promises to respond never eventuated. They would not come out and fix warranty problems. I was told I was responsible for taking parts back to Smithfield or sending to Western Australia under warranty.

Very happy with this company, used them for my servicing of my gates and would highly recommend.

Great company for electric gate repairs

Terrible service a very bad company I would definitely recomend everyone to run away from them. The sales person told me one thing and they did not do anything that was agreed. Tribble after service one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with.

Very disappointing experience - dubious quoting practices (I.e. Over charging) inconsistent with subsequent invoice, poor workmanship causing consequential damage by drilling into the power supply causing a short circuit and not cooperative at all to resolve matters afterwards (denial and no responsibility). Definitely can't recommend

Terrible person , installed took the money no warranty service , do yourself a favour and stay away. Companies like this should no be in business.
