Flight Centre Orange

We recently returned from our holiday in Antartica and South America, everything was organized through Jennifer at Flight Centre in Orange. Wow! everything on our holiday ticked so much off the bucket list, Jennifer did a fantastic job in organizing everything from our transfers, tours, flights and accommodation, First Class experience all the way, we did not skip a beat, perfect, perfect, and more perfect. Thank you so much Jennifer and Flight Centre for making our holiday so enjoyable and stress free, Recommend 10/10.

Start to end - FRUSTRATION. with the booking was frustrating to flights, tours, on board credit, in short holiday was more stress than de-stress. (which was handled by no less - the branch manager.) Traveling with 3 couples - in a cruise for a special reason - my husband’s 60th birthday. From the start (Sept 2022 of booking) no email or even cc us of information or update of the cruise. My husband received 1 (one email from the manager) on april 2023 when we are to fly the next day. From voucher, excursion, theme nights in the cruise, van booking, i could go on. I should say - take your own risk booking at the centre. Considering our first time doing the cruise - i am in no way will do business in this branch - and most especially the branch manager. We as a traveler, we work hard to enjoy life and relay the comfort with trust that an agent or travel centre will help make it easier and less stressfull! Totally opposite. Frustrations. Lack of offering assistance or least offer help. Nope. Me, I, myself being in a hospitality industry, not even 1 star i would not give to the manager. We do not ask to be pampered nor a first class priority attention but the willingness to assist our questions, an email, answering our calls and giving a genuine service with a heart would have made a difference. But nothing. We filed a complaint on the website and refund of excursion, van from arrival, departure, again i can go on. Aside from the complaint, i just have to leave a rate. Because that is how you made our trip that we planned to book with your for a special event - but i am lost of words to describe how it turned out.

Horrible service, staff obviously overworked and have no issues sharing same to me as a walk in customers or over the phone. Poor feedback after several emails .New thing now is you need an appointment to visit their service when you have multiple other travel agents and can alternatively book tickets from the comfort of your home!.Good riddance!!!!

I absolutely love Flight Centre Orange. The staff are extremely knowledgable and excted to help you plan your dream holiday. They provide expert advise and recommendations that will ensure your trip is formualted exactly how you want it to be.

Elise was super helpful and accommodating even helping with some last minute changes that would have been a bit annoying to help with. Great customer service.

Was looked after by Emma B and I have to say her service was A++. She went above and beyond, even dealing with issues I had previously with Flight Centre online.She is an asset to the Flight Centre company - highly recommended. Thanks again Emma, really appreciate all your help

Highly recommend Flight Centre Orange. Emma was so helpful and booked my flights quickly and efficiently and saved me a heap of stress. She explained everything thoroughly. Nothing was any trouble.

I had an appointment today with Emma, and she was so so helpful and patient with my questions, arranged flights, insurance and everything I needed and didn't feel rushed or pressured at all, I couldn't recommend her enough, Am so glad I was lucky enough to have her help today don't know what I would of done otherwise! Once again you have given us both a wonderful experience in Norfolk IslandThe accommodation was located perfectly for us in the didst of the Burnt Pine There was one issue while the apartment's were clean and tidy the furnishings were a little run down arm chairs showing normal wear & tear

Could not be happier with the service that we received from the Flight Centre store in Orange and especially Jennifer, I had a specific brief that I have her for a trip to Sth America and it was all done.Arrangements for pick up and transfers at airports and hotels was spot on. Our flight out of Australia was cancelled and Flight Centre emergency service sorted this out for us very quickly, Jennifer had left very detailed notes in the system which facilitated this.We also had a Captain's Package which was enacted allowing us a credit for our trip, due to a fare price reduction, with no hassles.All in all will most definitely return there for our next trip.
