Went to get my haird done. Booked for shampoo cut and blow dry. My hair was cut dry not even decent, Blunt cut. I look like a fool. You go to a salon to walk out and feel pretty, instead I had to walk out and feel miserable. Had to pay full price for a blunt cut, no shampoo and no blow dry. Oh and the hair dresser said we will wash your hair afterwards and let it dry naturally. Will never ever return. And no I did not take a shampoo afterwards I just wanted to get out.

My first visit to Silk was a very warm welcoming experience, I felt valued and understood during my consultation. Athena took time and interest in hearing my concerns and goals with my hair, offering some great suggestions. I booked my next appointment and left feeling very confident. So happy my daughter suggested I visit Silk.

My daughter and I both got our hair cut here for the first time by Athena - such a wonderful experience! Knowledgeable and super engaging with my 6 year old and took away the stress of having my child with me for a haircut!

I am a Silk member and absolutely love coming in every month! It feels luxurious walking in to the beautiful decor. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Brooke is a great therapist, caring and down to earth, she does amazing lash lifts & treatments and Sam is super happy & bubbly doing my hair treatments. These girls make the experience for me xx. Had an amazing waxing experience with Sharon using their new wax products.Found the wax very soothing and gentle.Sharon was very friendly and professional.Would recommend Silk Studio highly.Love the Skin O2 products I am using. Especially as I am Vegan.Will look forward to experiencing further treatments within the salon.The atmosphere and decor of the studio is delightful and very welcoming.

Athena use to cut my hair when she was just around the corner. Then I moved and we lost touch but the new stylist moved overseas so I decided to track Athena down. I am so glad I did. I drive 45 minutes there and back to have Athena cut and style my hair and it is ABSOLUTELY worth it. She is one of the few hair stylists I know that can cut my hair and it falls perfectly, EVERY time. Do yourself a favour and go and see Athena at Silk Studio.
