During my recent appointment, I found the customer service to be very poor. The behavior of one of the girls, who was supposed to be helping me with my hair needs, was really disgusting and bordering on offensive. The young lady showed very poor social skills and refused to listen to my needs or welfare. From my perspective, there was no staff available with the skills and experience to address my hair needs are no skilled. Further to this, when making an appointment, be sure to mention who you want to dye your hair for you, otherwise, a beginner without experience will dye hair which can leave you very disappointed. During the hair colouring process, the young lady did not show care, attention or any awareness or interest in ensuring my experience was satisfactory. Also, once the colour was applied, the staff member wandered off and did not manage or checkup is on the process, a point which appears to be reflective of salon management who did not demonstrate interest or care. For the amount of money you are expected to pay, the service and experience is extremely poor. Overall, a very dissatisfying experience.
