These guys are great! From booking in to have a few things looked at through the process of checking the work afterwards, these guys were pleasant, professional & prompt. They even cleaned up after the routing they had to do!!!! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. 10/10!

The team here are fantastic to deal with. Prior to visit emails questions and phone calls with Ramon and Kiara were all answered professionally. We were booked in for ESC installation on our 2nd hand van. As well as 2xAnderson and safety Dave wiring on our MUX. We drove down from Bendigo for the day and the team were absolutely wonderful to deal with. One of the best service experiences I’ve had in my 58 years. Going above and beyond with drop off/pick up to local shopping centre. My wife is still on crutches from an operation, so allowed for her to comfortably relax while waiting for the work to be completed….10/10. The team were also able to ensure the 12 pin wiring was correct for fridge etc. the telescopic table conversion and trimmed table top was also completed, even though was added the night before.Note. It was just after crazy Sept period, so I was extremely grateful for this to be done on the same day.Special mention to Kiara, Steve and Ian. Kiara is lovely to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. Manager Ramon runs a great crew.Thanks again team New Age Service!

I Rang New Age for help, waited 3 days & rang again. Nothing, so I rang the service team where I took the Van for its 1st service. Finally some one to talk too. They called me back.Our hot water unit was recalled /replaced in Nov. 1st trip away no hot water. It's not the tank that working fine, it's a valve temp regulator. Our Van is new & due to covid out of warranty, the help was - bring the Van in....From Port Fairy !!I don't think so.We continue our holiday boiling water in the jug. No shower of course.Not at all happy.By the way we did touch base with the New Age rep in Warnambool but he referred me to a Jayco service guy.So I gave up in the end.Still no hot water.Chris Davies.

I must say i am extremely happy with the service I have received from New Age Melbourne Service, the communication and service has been excellent.I have had a few warranty issues and these have been fixed without any problems.Steve and whole crew have been excellent.

Thanks Ramon, Ian, and the team for jumping onto an issue with our cupboard handles - we were passing by on our way to Sydney and they literally dropped what they were doing to help out. Special shout out to Ian - amazing service and a really fun guy to chat with. All round great service and a fun bunch!

Have owned 2 New Age caravans (Big Reds) over the last 7 years and both have been magnificent. A trip right around Australia and escaping the Sydney winter every year - all trouble free. The freedom to go and stay in amazing places is priceless.
