Our end-to-end experience with Gasco was outstanding. From the lovely Cheryl in the office for swiftly arranging an expert to attend our property as a high priority for a gas leak. To Jason who completed the repair job for us… his knowledge, communication, professionalism and efficiency were absolutely brilliant. After a series of bad starts with several licenced gas fitters, GASCO came to my attention to change Natural Gas to LPG on a dual fuel Bosch stove. Service guys were great - did the job carefully and did an excellent job - certainly do recommend GASCO - well worth the 2 week wait.

Gasco attended my premises to perform a gas test and certification on my caravan that I was selling. The boys were excellent, very thorough and professional in their approach and workmanship. Job was completed and nothing was a problem for the boys to attend to. I have since recommended Gasco to several friends, because of the excellent service and professional no nonsense approach. I will not hesitate to use their services again.

Not happy with their service. They charge me $167 for nothing. They just came and said they dont even know how much expenses we do to fix it but it not worth it. Just to say that they charge me $167 and said it our call out fees. While other company fix it just in $400.

The only positive experience was in dealing with the gas fitter, who quoted on the required job (gas system installation on a boat). He was nothing but professional, and the reason we decided to go with Gasco. However, our interactions with the admin/reception staff thereafter were for the most part negative. We left feeling we were putting them out after most of the interactions by phone, rather than being dealt with as valued customers.The quote ended up being 50% more then what we paid in the end with another fitter. The cost we incurred to have a quote done was not reimbursed.This was despite having already spent almost $600 for partial completion of the job, and cancellation of the final fit being due to to the inability from Gasco to meet our timeframe for fitting. The arranged installation was cancelled by Gasco twice, each time within 40 minutes before the installation was due to occur, which resulted in us being out of pocket for the marine electrician who was required by Gasco to attend concurrently. Overall, though I have no doubt as to the quality of the work, the customer service, value for money, and lack of concern regarding leaving a customer out of pocket through no fault of our own, is extremely disappointing, and I can not recommend Gasco for marine gas fitouts.

I would highly discourage anyone from using this service. Maybe it was just my experience, but it was absolutely terrible. Their price was 25% more expensive than their competitors, however, I went with them because they could inspect my item earlier. I specifically asked before they arrived if I needed to provide them with any additional information and they said no. They were very unprofessional and caused unwanted stress. I’ve since reengaged with a competitor who I should have used in the first place. Do yourself a favour and avoid this mob at all costs. It’s not worth it.

We rang for assistance with our gas cook-top as the burners were not working properly. They came on time on the day nominated and efficiently and quickly repaired the burners. The charges were very reasonable and we would not hesitate to recommend them

We had a gas oven fixed, part called thermocouple was replaced coast $60. They came out took the part out came back to replace. Less than half hour each time. Final bill $ 569.39 . More than $ 500 for less than 1 hour work. Unbelievable... Please ask for pricing before you use these these guys. We definitely wont be.
