David and Simone are a delight todeal with. Very courteous and professional. David recently supplied and fitted a new awning to my caravan and I could not be happier.Thoroughly recommend them.

Customer service is impeccable. Incredibly helpful. Had an emergency with brake lights on caravan as we were about to leave on our weekend away. These guys were amazing and literally saved our trip. Highly recommend and will definitely be telling all our friends. Have also had our caravan previously serviced and were extremely happy. Great people. Great business.

David and Simone were incredible for us recently. We had our van packed, ready to go away for three weeks, and suddenly the Breakaway unit malfunctioned making the car and van undriveable. They talked me through the problem over the phone, fitted me into a packed Monday schedule, and fitted a new unit and fixed some other issues in an hour or so. Holiday saved! Incredible service and David is so knowledgeable. Have already booked back in for service. Oh yeah, they also contacted us the day after to make sure everything was sorted! Legends.

Don't waste your time with this business. We were given the absolute run around. Caravan was brought in for assessment December 2022, after multiple phone calls and promises of calls back the necessary report and photos had STILL not been sent through to our insurer at the end of MAY 2023! Absolutely appalling and a gigantic waste of 5 months. The issue with our caravan is now so much worse having the van sat there for so long waiting. We have now found a new repairer who sent all necessary info to our insurer within 24 hours and our claim is finally progressing. I wish we hadn't have given DSR the benefit of the doubt for so long - we hugely regret it!Edited to add after the business replied - absolute nonsense. Even after David’s text (a full fortnight after he promised he would call back the same day) my insurer had STILL not received the information. After several follow ups by me so they we were aware our insurer didn’t have it. There has been no hold up with our insurer, as mentioned above, within 24 hours of finding a new repairer and submitting the info our claim is now finally progressing.Staff shortage or not, you shouldn’t have taken our repair job on if you can’t even manage to return phone calls and submit complete quotes to insurers. I shudder to think what it would have been like trying to get the actual repairs done!

We had our caravan serviced today and couldn't be more impressed ,it has been a very great experience from beginning to end Dave and Simone are very professional and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for servicing or repairs to their caravan will definitely be using them again.

I bought a Cell van 9 years ago, when Dave was the service manager at Cell, during that time he has serviced my van and as recently as last week completed a number of repairs/upgrades and services.I would highly recommend him and Simone for any work that needs to be done, thank you both.

Our slideout had stopped working on one side. David explained in detail the problem and suggested ways to prevent this from maybe happening again. DSR Caravans were recommended to us. Thank goodness they were. Both David and Simone are very professional but down to earth and very obliging. They both made us feel so confident that we had made the right choice choosing them. Our problem was fixed in one day. Thanks so much guys.

Extremely Poor Service:My damaged Caravan was inspected at DSR on 3/03/23 for a repair job - almost 7 weeks ago from today.No action from them so far to get the ball rolling. No communication to my insurance. Next to nil communication with me after numerous calls & emails.I've now had to go with another repairer - what a waste of time!!
