New owners are rubbish. I've been 3-4 times in hopes they do better, but it only gets worse. It's not worth the $75 not to mention how the old owner added $15 to their price list during the pandemic when everyone was out of work.

“7 hours later nothing done”Pathetic service. Totally wasteful.830am, I took my car for a detailed cleaning and was quoted for $250. Asked me to come in a few hours. Kept my phone number and said will let me know when it’s done. Heard nothing so 3 hours later I swung by the shop, nothing done. Thought they’ll get it sorted soon.After seven hours, i couldn’t take it anymore. I have been given no update at all. So I go in again and find nothing is done, again. Literally, not touched in 7 hours. How is that even possible. I’m totally disgusted by how the guy in charge reacted as if he couldn’t care less.I’m absolutely shocked how horrible the service is and they have no regard for people’s time.I was a frequent customer and now onwards will definitely never come back.

I am not actually going to complain about their wash but, about their prices. They are so expensive. I wash my small car anywhere for 35$ from interior and exterior. They actually charge 55$ for it.

I was a loyal costumer until the guy tried to tell me my door trims are “extra dirty” it will cost me $80 and he will clean it good. I’ve never paid more than $55 and he wants to rip me off by $25. Won’t be going back

Very rude guys and too proud of them selves. No regard to customer views. They do what they want to do. Excessive waiting time and blame on too much work after they confirms a time. Especially the older guy who own business I think. Recommend choose other wash options in the area.

Tried this car wash for the first time yesterday. And they were amazing! Wash both our cars, and because we have been driving through country road the cars were a complete mess! They did a thorough job inside and outside and the price was super cheap!

If you love your car even a bit don't take it here. It's a waste of money, time and effort.My wife had taken our car there previously and had a good clean so went back there again not realizing the bussiness has been sold to an arrogant and a very unprofessional old man.When asked why the car the was not cleaned properly for his so called Delux wash which he recommended his reply was Call the police."He doesnt have his own efptos machine so had to pay at the gas station and show him the confirmation before I got my keys back.The lady at the counter said there was a change of ownership and she's been hearing a lot of complaints about these guys.He does all the car by himself and a boy who looks unsure of why he is there."

Absolute waste of money, I got charged $25 more because my car was “very dirty”. Even after being a customer of 3+ years. Please don’t waste your time coming here. You’d think after paying the extra $25 they’d clean it properly, well they didn’t.

Always have my car washed and the interior cleaned here. These guys work so hard and the job is always done to perfection. The price is very reasonable at $65 for a SUV. Highly recommend.

I went there the first time, they scratched off the tint on my back window.After a while I forgave them. Surely it was just a simple mistake, plus they're close and convenient. So I went again ...... they scratched the leather on my handbrake ... AND my window ...It seems like they insist on using steel wool to wipe down a car's interior. Or maybe sandpaper. Either way my car's damaged. And I've been fooled twice so shame on me.Cannot recommend these guys for your car. But if you have an industrial oven or a greasy pan that needs to be scrubbed clean, hit them up.
