This a great business, the staff is always helpful and personable. The quality of the service is first rate and going that extra yard is not a problem.

This podiatrist seemed to be just after my money for insoles I may or may not have needed. The price quoted for these insoles was almost 3 times greater during the consult than I had been told previously. When I said I'd have to check with my health insurance I was quickly hustled out of the consulting room. I was told the initial consult would be $74 then hit with a bill for $198. At no time was I offered a report and my money has gone down the drain. I have no idea if these people can help my feet in any way other than lightening the load in my wallet!I have given them one star only because the website wouldn't allow me to post with no stars.

Booked for a service that was not provided at this practice. Was charged for an initial consultation + assessment (that is not included). The practise reached out and rectified/ reimbursed. Good customer service.

Excellent friendly and highly professional service

All the Padiatry seemed intrest in was to sell me orthotics. First appointment $185Second appointment $75 for 8 minutesI asked if i need an Ultrasound i new there was a problem with my foot they said noWe know what is wrong with theYour foot you need orthoticsI did go for an Ultrasound i had a tear in my Plantar Fasciitis and 3 NodulesI would not recommendThe foot doctor in Cleveland.All they are intrested in charging high fees and appointments

We found the technition is wonderful , but the reception is very rude and misrubald, we visited on Thursday and she was so rood that we walked away and we never go there again the receptionist was the older lady which we talk about and she is always misrubald.

The podiatrists are so knowledgeable and friendly, and reception always greet me with a smile.
