Couldn’t have been more helpful!! had some tyre issues 177 klms north of rocky. Rang them and ordered four tyres. Had to freight up from brisbane. Lucky I planned on a two night stop over but had a flight to catch in brissy on Saturday. The manager organised the tyres to be picked up early. I have a Tesla and when explaining the lift points he walked out with a set of four pucks for the lift points. Was in very good hands. Got me out of a real sticky situation.

I was driving from Cairns to Brisbane when I found two of my tyres looking flat. After checking the pressure ar a service station, I kept getting an error. So I popped into Bob Jane and they happily checked both tyres for any punctures. After finding both had no issues, they advised there was no charge. I was then able to continue on to Brisbane safely. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

I was stuck on the gracemere highway tonight at 6pm one of their employees TESS pulled up and offered assistance in changing my flat tyre!!! She was so happy and polite and was more then willing to explain what to do for next time! What an amazing and talented young lady. Thankyou again Tess

An amazing service … out of the blue!! Driving from Mky to Bris we thought we had a punctured tyre. We ph’d Bob J Rocky before opening hours.. only to get a very helpful person, Allan, who told us to come straight away.. then young Mark looked after us.. only to be told no puncture. But great service & experience - we highly recommend these guys

Got four new tyres and a wheel alignment. Tyres great and wheel alignment fine but on the way home I noticed the steering wheel was not centre. Drove back to get the steering wheel aligned. Drove away a second time and the steering wheel not centre still pulling to the left. A proper qualified mechanic should be able to do a simple alignment and certainly should make sure it’s 100% correct before sending it out a second time. Service desk is lovely and Tyres fitting done quickly just second guessing about having alignments done here.
