SBC Bathroom & Kitchen

Very bad experience with this company. Half the time they talk amongst them self in their own language in front of the customer and very bad customer service. Sold me bathroom last year didn't gave me full package which I paid for. Told me to pickup from downstairs warehouse and that also not on time. Finally once collected the item got dispatched and was told fitting inside the box. During the installation with my bathroom builder we found that fittings and holders missing. Called them and told them they said it was there you must have misplace it. They asked for extra money and my builder and myself had to really talk heavy on them then they agreed to give it without charging and told us to return if they have spare one. I didn't said anything then in Google and left it like that a year ago.Now just after a year of installation things looking very bad all the taps leaking and shower screen leaking, screen falling and many issues. Walked in the showroom to complain they said you call plumber and they will fix it and also we don't give guarantee on any thing. While I was there another customer complaining in the counter that the shower screen falling after 4 months. So the boss (lady) took me to other side so that I don't get to know the full story. Very bad products they sell in a high price.My plumber told me don't go to them as they don't last long and price is very expensive.Becareful I had two times bad experience with this people and they don't care about customer service.

Large range of products but mostly low quality items.

APPALLING !!! today the 28/10/2015 i purchased a sink we look in the box everything was in there when i went to pict up the box there had been something taken out this is after i had already PAID they said i had to pay extra for that item. nothing was said to me before as i would have discuss with them prior to purchasing

I hope the owner will see my review and change the workers or do something. We went there to check something for our kitchen and bathroom. But the worker just playing the phone and ignore us. We waited long time no body came to serve us or ask us. We went up and ask if anyone can help us. The employee just too sloppy and slake looked likewe bothered them playing with the phone and got up from their chair...The price for a same thing (shower head) is $200 more than other shop. Other shop is $600 but this shop is $880. I rather pay a litter more and get a good brand. Why do I pay $880 for shower head with no brand.Owner really need to have a better management with your business and do some more research with the market.

Good choices and alternative for Bunnings..but not huge

Very efficient employee, great manner made us most comfortable. Item was exactly what we wanted at a good price

WARNING WARNING WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE products are all faulty and of cheap timber within 3 months of purchase the vanity cabinet doors and panels are all bubble and cracking when we contacted them they told us there products are not waterproof ,when we bought them we were informed that they we all Australian standards and waterproof another lie. I bought from a bathroom supplier all products should be waterproof.they refuse to fix problem they solution was to buy another one which would make them more money .worst experience ever .ive only loaded 2 images just to give you an idea if i could give them 0 stars i would
