I have followed Allan across Sydney for the last 30 years as his Pilates classes are second to none. I’m a GP and I’ve always been impressed at how much understanding Allan has of the mechanics of the body and how talented he is at all kinds of rehabilitation and improving general fitness. He also varies your program so you never become bored with your routine. Don’t hesitate to try Menezes Pilates.
