I have had the pleasure of working along with Sam from help employment Chermside...She has the the daunting prospect of finding a job almost enjoyable .I always feel comfortable discussing anything with Sam which is a rarity.....Thank you Sam for being so helpful and understanding

Some of the kindest and most hardworking people in terms of making sure you're taken care of before they try and find work for you. Helped support me through an almost 3 year long period of unemployment due to being in and out of hospital and are still helping me get back on my feet now that I'm back at work. Special shout outs go to Samantha, Carol, Stephanie, Jasper and Ashley who have all played a big role in getting me to where I am today, I couldn't have done it without them to tell you the truth and I'm glad I was transferred to this site almost 3 years ago and will continue to work with them for many years to come hopefully!

I chose Help Enterprises as my JSP as it is a dual service: supporting JobActive and Disability Employment Services clients, reasoning it would be more empathetic and considerate. And I was correct.The people and service here are excellent: really helpful, constructive, warm and friendly, but most importantly, they actually listen to you and consider what you want and need, rather than being box ticking" or punitive. And their post-placement support is outstanding.Highly recommended."

It's easy to feel down in the dumps when you're unemployed. From my experience the team at Help Chermside have treated me with respect and dignity, which i didn't feel like i was receiving from other Employment agencies.
