If I could give Kerrie 10 star I would. On very short notice, Kerrie was able to provide us with an in depth financial report overnight, as very quick and important decisions had to be made. To make these decisions with the reassurance of Kerrie's support made it all that much easier. Kerrie also provided advice and support in dealing with Centrelink, again making it a lot easier. Kerrie was engaged to assist us find a suitable nursing home for my father, who suffers from dementia. I cannot speak highly enough of Kerrie and her service. She was very prompt in replying to our emails/requests. She shortlisted a few nursing homes for us, organised visits to the homes and provided us with information on costs and charges for the various homes to enable us to make informed decisions. Many thanks to Kerrie for the wonderful service she provided at such a stressful time for us.

My husband's uncle suddenly had a brain haemorrhage and they both had to go into a nursing home as he was caring for her wife at home.They have no children so my husband and I had to make arrangements for them, but we had no idea what to do and Kerrie's advice cleared up what needed to be done.She was quick to give me sound advice by email, phone and text message and I am so glad I was referred to her.I think she is a true professional consultant. I am so grateful to her, without her it would not have been as smooth as it was.

The Gods must have been looking down on us on the day I met Kerrie. To say that she has taken a load of concrete off my back would be an understanding. I'd have to say five loads. To know that I have Kerrie to call when things get overwhelming is such a blessing. I recommend her to anyone who is trying to do with the minefield which is Aged Care, and with someone elderly who needs help because of illness, frailty or dementia. She is just fabulous.

It is such a relief for me to have found Kerrie. I live overseas and have been trying to manage my parents' aged care needs from a distance. Kerrie is efficient, responsive and caring. I feel confident that when the time comes for mum and dad to move to residential aged care, Kerrie will be there for us again.
