Worst service ever ! Very Rude and unhelpful. Nathan refused to take it to the garage, I had to force him . You should learn how to be professional.

Very unprofessional delivery driver refuses to take the 5000$ fridge inside the shop. Left the 250kg fridge in walkway obstructing the footpath for pedestrians. When i insist him to put the fridge inside with our help he instead gave number of his company to call on Saturday. The office is closed and he threatens to take the fridge back to warehouse and says again the delivery will be same but it will be delayed by a week. Very rude and disrespectful.

They don’t bring your washing machine and dryer into the house if you have a step out the front of your property, due to insurances purposes even though the delivery man had a trolly.I’m a small 5ft women and I managed to pick the dryer up by myself… it’s a little pathetic not to complete the whole job or offer a complete service.Anyway, aside from that delivery was on the day I requested and was delivered within the window given. But honestly that’s the bare minimum so they get 3 for just doing their job.

Today I received a delivery from the COPE team.The delivery driver was extremely rude and unprofessional.I was unaware I had to receive a call to organise the delivery time and the tracking had not been updated at all since we received the tracking number so I had no idea it would be coming today.When the driver called me I was unavailable to answer the phone.I called him back an hour after he tried to call me and he was extremely rude and kept telling me how long it took me to call him back and that I should have been available for him when he called me.During this phone call he complained THREE times that I missed his calls, which I was unaware I was even meant to be receiving.He then told me young people are attached to their phones and I should've answered.He made this comment twice during the phone call.I find this highly unprofessional and inappropriate.Once arriving he then complained yet once again how long this job had taken him, trying to make us feel bad for something we were just simply unaware of.I will not feel bad for simply having responsibilities outside of answering a phone call from the courier company.

Very disorganised. They attempted to deliver on the wrong day multiple times.

Very poor service. A large expensive item was dumped in our driveway. We were home, no attempt to ring the bell or knock was made. Just plain lazy !!!!Not cheap either. Stay away if you value your packages.

This company’s delivery and pickup window is 9am to 5pm - they expecting you to take a day off the work !When they called to arrange a pickup, they didn’t leave a message and expected me to guess that they called. When I called back to arrange the pick, they told me to be at home between 9am and 5pm or alternatively leave the parcel outside of the house in easy seen place so their driver could pick it up. Guess what, many other people can see it too and pick it up too! The Service Manager was very condescending on the phone, too. Are any of the freight companies have a sense or service?

Appalling service and rude driver, the driver arrived alone delivering heavy item outside the delivery time frame, then refused to deliver the heavy item inside the house because of the company policy, pretend to call his manager, but didn't allow me to speak directly to the manager, nor to check the size of the item in his truck, i don't take order from you

The worst customer service, rude and not helpful. I don’t recommend Cope to anyone
