Better Than Ever

Better Than Ever has changed my life! This is not a ordinary gym. BTE is a personalised training studio that accommodates all levels of fitness. I joined Better Than Ever personal training 4 months before my wedding and Tony completely changed my outlook on health and fitness - I dropped 2 dress sizes and felt absolutely amazing on my wedding day. Tony, Lucy and the highly qualified trainers will tailor programs to suit your needs, make you feel comfortable in starting, mentor and challenge you in reaching and maintaining your fitness goals. I am forever grateful for this!

All I can say is Thank goodness for Facebook when I saw a familiar face, Tony ( who I’d known since my teens ) ... now in my 50’s ... After semi retiring I needed to get into a routine and this was exactly what I was looking for ... I’ve been there now for two years and have never looked back ... now returning back after the COVID it’s Never been Better Than Ever, with its new and amazing program which I absolutely love ..there’s no hiding or slacking off as you have each other to push, support and encourage one another. I became a member at Better Than Ever 4 weeks ago and I’ve noticed a huge difference with my body. Conquering dreams and smashing goals can sometimes mean being vulnerable. I have always wanted to run on the treadmill and for some this may seem easy but I was afraid of being vulnerable and was scared that I would fall off or lose balance.Tonight with the help of Better Than Ever I faced the fear head on! I literally ran on the treadmill! It was such a huge accomplishment for me as I always wanted to do it. I allowed myself in front of others to feel vulnerable and placed my trust in Tony. It was the best decision I have made in a long time to join this amazing supportive team!
