had good cases and sold screen protectors, however they were overpriced and overtime, the clear cases started to yellow and the screen protector’s adhesive started to wear off!

I had some problems with a refurbed iPhone and these guys sorted them out, free of charge! I would highly recommend them.

I had to deal with them when the screen of my phone was cracked. 3 days visited consequently, since the phone didn't operate properly after the screen change. ended up by getting a new phone. I'm glad that they at least refunded me. Very unprofessional, lack of communication with clients makes their service worse. Absolutely Not recommended. I would give them 0 rating if there would be such option.

Absolutely fantastic service, reasonably priced. I was preparing to purchase a new phone and hadn’t considered that the repairs were possible. A new battery, screen and repair to the charging terminal in under 45 minutes, Fantastic!

Just so bad. Don't do business with this place. I had to laugh when I saw one of the 5 star reviews below is posted by one of their staff members... I recognise her photo. That gives you a pretty good idea of what kind of business they run... a dodgy one! Tech House is a 5 metre walk from this store and they fixed my phone for the same price with a 12 month warranty as opposed to 3 months. Would recommend them or Happy Tel upstairs at Indooroopilly is also a decent phone repair shop. Lots of options but just don't go to this one unless you want to be ripped off.

Avoid at all costs. This store avoids filling legally binding warranties. It may be more expensive to take you phone to a more legitimate repair shop, but it will save you money and time in the long run. This company refuses to repair they're own poor workmanship, even when it is clearly covered under their warranty.

Shocking! Don’t go here. Had screen replaced and they ruined my phone! Returned with my broken phone and they refuse to fix it or admit they are at fault. Will now need a new phone.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! BUYER BEWARE!! I bought a 130 dollar phone case for my partner and asked for an iPhone 13 case. They gave me the wrong version (iphone 14 case). I found out after we tried to fit it (Surprise, it didn't fit). I returned the phone case a few days later and asked for a refund. Before agreeing to a refund, they asked if i wanted to buy the 13 case instead. I told them I'd already purchased on online and just wanted a refund. Unique Phone Accessories then proceeded to say could not give a refund as the case packaging had been opened... I returned multiple days in a row until the manager was finally working at which point a refund was finally given - not worth doing business with them. Not worth the stress.

Found this place on gumtree and the service was great, the lady was so kind and easy to talk to. I brought my iPhone 5 in which was like cracked and I couldn't type on one side and they fixed it perfectly. They also gave me a half price discount on a new phone case with my purchase. I definitely will be coming back!! Thank you

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I had an iPad with a small crack in the screen, I took it to them and they failed to replace the screen THREE times and then ran out of screens in the correct colour. They asked me if it was alright if they put a different colour one on. In doing this they broke the home button and said they would order the parts in and they would arrive in two business days. The parts came in on Saturday - FIVE days later and then the finger print ID still didn’t work and the screen didn’t fully work and they STILL made me pay.WILL NEVER GO BACK
