Marie taught my daughter for many years as my daughter struggled through her years of high school.I can not express how wonderful she was teaching my daughter who needed one in one learning. Her patience with children was phenomenal , week in and week out.She gave my child the ability to reach her standards and academically reach her goals.Marie, there are not enough words to write on her as she was superb with my child . I would recommend her to anyone who has a child with Academic problems and has lot their confidence.She is definitely a person with all heart and works extremely hard with children. Five star is not enough to rate her as she needs many many more stars.

You can always see the kids smile and be very happy to be in her classroom and eager to go her to learn, even if my son had a bad day at school.My son was very much behind in his primary school learning. But ever since we took him to be in tutorial class with Marie. We have seen him grow more in confidence and learning and catch up to his peers in his Primary School classroom. Because of covid restrictions in Sydney, we couldn’t send Christopher to see Maria regularly. However, she ensured that those children who needed her help the most, would still be able to see her, including my son. Marie worked with my son at Haberfield throughout Year 6 to help him catch up on basic maths and English. As a former primary school teacher, she understood what he needed and delivered results, and he liked and trusted her. By the end of the year he was ready for Year 7. Marie has been a wonderful support for our family. She has been able to advise us accurately on the needs of our children and then help them in these needs. We saw great results within a few weeks. i would highly recommend Marie. Her years of experience are very evident and she definitely has a way to bring out the best.

Don't hesitate, Marie is fantastic and the 'little bit extra' wil really help your child's confidence and ability. The only thing we regret is losing her! Such an able and experienced teacher is hard to find. We miss her terribly and other teachers/tutors we have since tried have not been a patch on her.

To those wishing to provide extra learning resources and support to their child, look no further than Marie.My two children worked with Marie at Haberfield to develop their academic skills, particularly my son who had a learning delay who was a couple of years educationally behind than the class he was in at the time he joined Marie. I kick myself even now, I wish I had met Marie sooner.Marie is a knowledgeable person of the school syllabus, very supportive working to the kids strengths to assist develop the areas they are lacking in a structured way, covering particularly the basics of what schools gloss over and gives parents feedback.Because of years consistently working with Marie (10+ years between two children) under her guidance and patience, Marie has had a profound impact on their learning. My son with a learning delay turned his academic ability around due to Marie’s learning interventions implemented. Since sadly finishing with Marie, my son has gone on and finished his HSC with 5 University offers. I credit a lot of his success due to Marie, she gave my son the fundamentals of knowledge he needed in maths and English to be successful in his education especially for his HSC. Our daughter though once again sadly misses the benefit of a supportive, structured yet inclusive learning environment Marie offered her, where she thrived and acquired great learning fundamentals for English and maths. We are yet to find a replacement for Marie for our daughter because it’s hard to replace ‘the best.’I cannot recommend Marie enough to those parents wanting to support and enhance their child’s learning abilities, I’m certain you will kick yourself like me that you didn’t find her sooner. Just a lovely person and great asset.
