I have had occasion to deal with Barrett Brothers on three occasions now. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their quality of workmanship is so professional and I was treated with respect and offered such a high level of good quality service. Canberra is fortunate to have Barrett Brothers as they are a most trustworthy company.

My car was hit by another car. My insurance company referred me to Barrett Brothers. I must say I am very impressed by their customer service. From the time I dropped the car to the time I picked it up I was posted updates. They even gave me a car so that I could go to my job and didn’t even charge me. The car was perfectly done . Though their rates are on the higher side but their craftsmanship and service is excellent.

Barrett performed an absolutely perfect repair to my Holden Colorado. The vehicle required a new Alloy Bull bar from East Coastpanel repairs painting electrical and fitting. I have used them previously and I would rate them a 6 out of 5 for the quality of the work done. It is flawless. Thankyou very much. They also repaired the vehicle in the time lines they quoted. This repair was a little difficult because the bullbar had to be specially made. I am stunned at how well this has been made. Thanks also to East coast and Pride Fyshwick. I highly recommend.

I have very bad experience with these guys. My car was engaged in an accident. My insurance NRMA suggested me to go there. Their customer service was very bad, they have no time to listen to me and wasted my almost two months to repair my car. As I was through my insurance, they treated me like as they are giving me some sort of favour. Even their manager was also very rude. If you guys are from any insurance then please careful with these guys. They will take ages to return your car.

I used their services as they are one of NRMA's preferred repairers for a paint damage caused by some chemical leak. While NRMA is one of the worst insurers you could ever get and at times I confused Barret brother's offerings with NRMA's offerings and hence misunderstanding a few points, I think their service is immaculate. I think the communication could improve a bit to set correct expectations to the customers, like hire car is not available at the repairer's premises, one has to collect it from a different store. I now know but it was a surprise for me.Nonetheless, I think they are very professional, humble and customer focussed. I will highly recommend them.

I could not be happier with the repair. I am a fussy person and have experience in panel and paint. I got my 6 month old Landcruiser back with a perfect match, blend and finish on the clear. Could not recommend these guys enough. They are busy, and can take some time to get your car in but its well worth it for the work they do, quality takes time. Top notch service! a rare thing these days!

The repairs to my car took longer than the time quoted and the customer service was terrible. The owner was abrupt, rude and very patronising to me compared with the male customers. I’d particularly recommend that women find another car repairer.
