Unfortunately having to leave a negative review. I came in to buy an outfit for my hens, I needed a size small and the last size small was on the mannequin. When I asked to try it on, the staff member asked their manager who reported that I was not allowed to try it on due to being on the mannequin and that I should order it online if the medium or extra small did not fit (both if which I had already tried on). This was a $200 piece and it seems a bit sad that the inanimate mannequin was more important than a customer looking for a special piece. A very disappointing customer service experience, especially as someone who has worked in retail, this was not a hard or unreasonable ask.

I purchased quite a lot of stuff and made it in-store for pick-up. So when Zara emailed me that my purchase was ready to be picked up at the designated store. Then I reached the store and eventually met a staff (with glasses) in the men's section at Zara Bondi. When I showed him my QR code he informed me that my belongings has not arrived. But later after I showed him the email proof, he was persuaded and went to check on my order, which he eventually found.Throughout this time, this guy didn't even have the decency to show a welcoming nature to me.At the very least, be humble and treat your customer with a smile. Rather than being rude and inconsiderate to them. Attempt to double-check their queries.

Feel the need to leave a review unfortunately. Rude, discourteous staff. Customer service was poor, from the fitting room to the check out. Check cctv today 12.30pm, I was told “same rules for you as everyone else” as I counted my items to try on. Struggling to count I dropped one, no help, just asked to move out of the way for the next person in line. This girl was confrontational and arrogant.Another girl folding jeans, wouldn’t help me to take one from the bottom of the pile, just stood and watched, and kept adding to the pile as I tried to find my size, shocking behaviour for retail, I get better service buying dog food! Begrudgingly spent money here today!

Impossible to phone bo du store as I forgot something there. Some staff nice but most couldn’t care less.

They weren’t prepared to take the last item in stock of the manakin. Bit of a joke really, not sure if that is a zara policy or the employee was just being lazy or needed re-training on how to change the manakin.I also over heard the two staff members talking about it while I was in the changing room, where one member of staff said to her you could take it off the manakin and she replied no.Was a bit suss and did ask her 3 times if she definitely couldn't take it of the manakin and she said she couldn’t.Lastly I had to ask the male cashier to fold my clothes and put them back in the bag as he just through them in creating a load of creases in the shirts. I couldn’t actually believe that lolGreat shop, some flaws that need to be addressed, customer service and what not, reading the reviews though it seems this isn’t the first time someone has experienced this from this store.

Very rude staff. They have a huge problem with holding pieces behind the counter when I couldn’t carry anymore items and still wanted to browse while managing my two kids. The attitude wasn’t from one staff member, it was from all staff. Terrible service

Well presented store! Reasonable price with class. Happy to come back for their bargain.

My order was not delivered to my address. I had to collect at a Post Office that is only open when I am working. I may as well buy in store. How hard is it to post to a residential address. I have 24/7 access for delivery so no excuses for this!

Rude service!! The manager is just extremely rude for absolutely no reason! I have been buying here $500 a month at least, this will be the last time you see me.He also refused giving his name claimed it’s company policy not to give away your name, wow

I feel the need to complain as I paid for same day delivery and the courier didn’t even try to attempt to come to my door to deliver. I then contacted customer service multiple times and they kept saying “they have escalated the matter and will come back to me” unfortunately they would never come back to me and I had to follow up again. It’s been over a month and I am still waiting for the order to be delivered even though they have taken the funds out of my account.
