Paynesville Pharmacy

First of all, the staff knows what they are doing. I feel they know the importance of a pharmacy and it's not for leisure or fun, it's an essential service, sometimes even emergency. The first time I went in there was new employee who was still learning, but was pleasant and smiling and did a good job for a newbie. Another time, I went in when it was closing but unlike many other places, these fellas weren't cranky or in a get-rid-of attitude. They were patient and humble, which I highly appreciate. The bottom line, a pharmacy I can walk in without a doubt.

I have used their service for some time, never any issues, orders are processed and delivered quickly and I would recommend to anyone.The ladies that answers the telephone are so kind and helpful, they really do care about helping in anyway they can.keep up the excellent service paynesville pharmacy, you have my loyalty for many years to come.

Recently moved from Melbourne to Paynesville we needed a good Doctor , Dentist and a good Pharmacy ,we found all three at Paynesville .The Pharmacy is a lovely shop with all sorts of lovely things to look at .The staff are all very friendly and polite and go out of their way to help you.

This pharmacy is a joke. Would not help long time customer with life saving medication. Has no sence of responsibility to there customers.

Staff need to be a little less grumpy..

Really nice people allways smiling. Got good stuff there. I live in bainsdale but i go down there to get my meds, ive never had a problem at all ive been there for years now an ive onlybeen treated with respect. Staff are verry nice. I know some of the girls in there from other chemist years back working in there now. I really think there so nice an amazingly friendly. I would rather have a nice drive to Paynesville an get treated with the respect I think I get is just nice an I will allways like Paynesville pharmacy ive tryed bdale more better at Paynesville. Its owed buy Kelsey she really nice to an I do think pharmacy is a nice lil shop for Paynesville to.

Today a 30 something year old female phamisist made some extremely inappropriate comments and probably should learn how to communicate better with customers.

Great service and friendly staff that treat all of their clients with the respect and dignity they deserve.The massive chain pharmacies may be a little cheaper on some items but the personal, one on one service, the pharmacist that remembers your name, as well as all the other medications you might be on.... That is far more valuable than any savings made by shopping at one of those chain stores.
