Popped in to grab some supplies for a road trip south of the state.Couldn't find what we were looking for so we approached the lady at the service counter. She stopped what she was doing to help us out and she actually took us to what we were looking for. This was a lovely thing for her to do to help me find an item.Overall the store is large and well stocked. The in store bakery had just put out some fresh packets of pizza bread, which were still warm so we got a pack to enjoy as a snack in the car.There were plenty of self service checkouts available also.

First time shopping here and two rude staff members gaslit me because they made a mistake, extremely rude then they continued to be condescending and laughed at me behind the counter Infront of my children. Glad these people aren't in careers that require caring and I hope they have the day they deserve.

Free parking in the building is only for an hour. Stock on some products were running out. Need to have gold coin to get your trolley.

Just a basic Coles, on the smaller side. Nothing to write home about or go out of your way for. The one hour free parking below is helpful. I do like the layout of fruit and veg, then deli, meat, bakery, bread, eggs and milk as you walk around the outside so you don't get as tempted by any of the treats.

Has to have a great range of specials at great prices but often has a very empty fruit and vegetables section.In the evenings they often only have one staff member at the register to put through my trolley load of purchases which can be frustrating if there's multiple trolleys in front of you.Staff are always friendly though.

We came in to do shopping for both our personal needs and for business items.Once we went to self service we were confronted by a man “Jackson”. He proceeded to insist on scanning and packaging our items for us.We said we can do it ourselves and asked him to move to the side.He proceeded to linger next to us and repeatedly come up to scan the items for us.A punnet of tomatoes of ours had not had the lid secured properly and thus when we went to scan said item the lid opened and tomatoes went everywhere.We said to one another we’d go and get a new punnet after we collected them and put them back in the container.He insisted we couldn’t.One of us had then gone to purchase a new punnet in a completely alternate payment and he had grabbed them and swapped them with the old punnet.Now just for some insight, if someone were to have dropped a bottle of oil would you expect them to have picked up and bought it and taken it home with them? No.Might I add, I don’t think the coles self service floor is quite a sanitary area after a full day of traffic.We are honest people that would like to be treated fairly. Not based on our believed suspicious appearance.Incident time of 8:45pm Sunday 23rd October.

Conveniently located right at the heart of Manuka.Great size and always fav place to shop.Wonder why they started closing 10.Always loved going to shop afterwork

Difficult to find the parking if your not from the area and alot of the footpath to where we parked was not flat so it's difficult to push a full trolley on uneven ground. I would hate to try and use a wheelchair along here.

Nice shop. They have a lot of different products that other shops don't have.
