Absolutely atrocious service. Sent a door worth over $3k and this is the end product that arrived at customers residence.The door made an overseas trip and arrived fine but send it with Barnetts down the South NSW Coast and this is the result.Sent email with images showing damage and their response is that there is no insurance on goods in transit.You are a transport company. How come we can get transit insurance for our business but you can't have it for yours?Will never use or recommend them again. Disgusted beyond belief.

Don't use this company if you expect your item to get there without damage. They don't offer insurance and take no responsibility once an item is damaged during transit.

Used to be fantastic, could get items overnight out of Melbourne. Currently taking 3 - 4 days for the same service. Go figure.

Would never hire this service after seeing the way a driver of theirs conducted themselves on the road. XN52DW tailgated me along the highway, then aggressively overtook me. Then flew through the next town doing well over the speed limit and weaving through traffic. It was so unsafe and a bad look for the company. I am surprised I didn't see him kill someone.

Good bunch of blokes to work with/for, speaking from experience. Most drivers do a good job and the system they use is pretty much failsafe ... Meaning there is very little chance of freight/deliveries getting messed up or lost.R.I.P. Bob ... Your legacy will live on for many years to come with the great company you created.
