If there was an option to have no stars I would have picked that! Worst real estate agency ever. Do not care about anything or anyone and will leave your requests for urgent repairs or come up with some story as to how at least 20 emails got randomly deleted and they haven't heard anything. I think a goldfish could do a better job

Dealing with Lisa and Billy for our recent purchase has been an absolute pleasure. As buyers, my husband and I appreciated how transparent they were about the current market, how knowledgeable they were on the local area and the specifics of the house. We both made the comment that if we ever sell we’d be thrilled to have them represent us. What a great team!! My agent was Sienna and she's been super informative, kind and polite when i inspect a unit around Belrose. She helped me processing my application so quick and remain helpful when i have questions. Since 5 star is the highest score, i give her the max score for her amazing assistant!

The team at Novak is very professional and efficient. For some reason, we need to “swap” our own flat in Dee Why with some flat in Sydney downtown area last September. Both of the Leasing group and Property managing group are very helpful in facilitating us to find the flat to rent in the downtown, and very quick in finding potential tenants for our own flat in Dee Why. Iliana Nonkovich was a real help. She did a great job to find a good tenant for my property. She stayed in contact the whole time and kept checking in to make sure I was understanding everything. I highly recommend using her to help with your real estate requirements.

Novak were really disappointing from start to finish.When i gave my vacate notice, they sent a quick email back on the same day saying they wanted to let a potential renter in to see the unit on that day. I didnt see the email or reply to the email but they turned up anyway. Im sure if i wasn't there they would have just gone in without my permission.On moving out they overcharged me 2 weeks rent and somehow overcharged me for a the last days that i owed rent.Final inspection was done 7 days after i gave the keys back (called them same day of vacating and they said they were going to do it that day) and they charged me for cleaning for the outside which had mud from the garden due to rain and the inside which was better than when i moved in.Pretty sure by law I didnt have to pay but who has time for a picnic to the tribunal.

My experience with Ilijana and team couldn't be better, from the first time I contacted her, to having the house rented it took just one week and one open home, making sure we got the right tenants.
