I just completed ICS 3 day training. I found Peter to be a very knowledgeable and engaging teacher. He's very encouraging and patient and explains everything very clearly. I've learnt so much in such a short time. I will definitely be back for more training. I would also encourage more women to train with Peter.

I've never come across a style as efficient, powerful, and easy to learn as ICS.A combination of the most effective and practical techniques combined into a dynamic and explosive style.The instructor, Peter Sciarra is master of his style, yet humble, friendly, and approachable. A true gentleman.His instruction style is clear, easy, and Peter is extremely patient. I've always felt welcome and supported in his classes.I can see that my skills in street self defence will only continue to grow in this beautifully powerful style.

After thinking about training and trying to find a system that is easy to learn yet effective I came across ICS. I previously trained in karate but knew of it’s limited Street defence applications . I had the privilege of attending a seminar with Peter and found him to be world class in his approach, demonstrations and his wealth of knowledge. Peter makes everyone feel welcome and explains things clearly. I will be attending training regularly. I encourage others that are thinking of training to look no further than ICS
