Lots of household products can be purchased here. However, the shop is quite smelly due to the air-con filters not being washed frequently

Very large store with a great range of clothing, household items, children's toys and games, shoes, kitchen appliances and crockery, bedding and so much more.Pricing is competitive.The staff are friendly and helpful.Located inside the Gateway shopping centre.Wheelchair ♿ access and parking is available.Public amenities are available in the mall.

After poor customer service at telstra trying to bu prepaid phone for my daughter a big hanks to the tech guy at BIGW gateway, went above and beyond even work past his finish timeTo help meSetting up a new phone for my daughter ( no tech savvy)He was party/tech guy sorry did not get his name was such an easy going guy could not help enough wish more people like him worked in cusp service

Shout out to Yen! AMAZING customer service. I broke my thongs and brought new ones from here. She offered to cut off the tag and TOOK THE RUBBISH! At self serve check out. This was the first time I have ever had such high customer service in big W. That little bit of extra service and kindness I loved! You need a pay rise!! Absolutely 110%!!
