I found Leah to be easy going and relatable which is what I was looking for when it came to discussing food. She has a wealth of knowledge regarding womens health and specifically fertility, pregnancy and post natal. Her approach to nutrition is easy to understand and easy to follow.

Leah was friendly, welcoming and i felt very comfortable talking to her.I was mostly wanting to improve my eating and become a healthier person. Im also an extremly fussy eater.Leah was so great to work with she really helped me understand the choices i was making with food and the best way to then approach a healthy lifestyle that accomodated for the busy life i live. She made it easy and not scary. I would highly recommend Leah to anyway struggling with food and wanting to make that change.
