Don’t know why those low star rating and comment come from but according to my own experience I been knowing the owner Nana for over 6 years. She is really putting a lot love and effects on her shop. When i have my puppy and need to get the vaccines done she took really good care of my puppy and gave him a really nice groom . Really good business owner and pet beautician specialist. Recommend all my friends to this place and they all happy with the service :)

Puppuccino was so good to my young poodle. I am very happy with the outcome, and can see that their groomer has good skills. Usually when I take him to the groomer he is depressed once back home, however after his visit to Puppuccino today he seems so happy! Thanks to the team at Puppuccino, we will definitely be back again!

I love how the people there love my little cavoodle. They cuddle her and groom her with care. They also don't cut too short if you ask not to. They really love my dog which makes me more content to leave her with the team. Thank you

Good grooming but need to do what clients specifically ask. Had my dogs groomed twice there and both times I have asked for clean lines and for specific blades to be used on specific parts which to date has never happened.

After a couple of disappointing grooming appointments at other groomers, we read reviews of Puppuccino and booked our 11 month old in for a groom yesterday morning. We left instructions on what we wanted from the groom and returned two hours later to great results. Our puppy is extremely hyperactive and this didn’t appear to get in the way of the groomer doing a very good job. Will return again - thank you

Took my 6 month old groodle for his first clip today. The staff were helpful, friendly and gave him a gorgeous cut, exactly what I had asked for. They were super efficient, finishing earlier than planned, which I had requested. A bit expensive but worth it for the result!
