We have been coming to this chemist for many many years off and on and the pharmacists here are simply the best. They don't just fill your script like going to chemist warehouse its all the extra advice and guidance they provide you about the medication your about to have dispensed, they are friendly and make you feel like a real person. Last week i was served by Karen and she gave me so much more info than my doctor gave me on my prescription. Thanks so much

very bad service. they dont provide right information about any drug. Gave me wrong advice about covid vax. As, I was under 60 and suppose to have pfizer but due to their wrong advice i toon astra zeneca which not recommended for people under 60. Please be aware with their advice and double check with other pharmacies.

Worst experience ever, had to wait for 1 hrs for her to look at our filled up form , saying 1 sec , 1 sec for 200 times but had to wait hrs and had to left without being served. Served 10 people came after us very awful managnent. If you go there remember you ll have bad experinece for sure!! They ll treat after you die !

Awesome staff, so friendly, great at giving extra info on all product and vaccines. Great service cannot fault all staff at this pharmacy. Recommend everybody go see them

Usually I have nothing but good things to say about this Pharmacy. The ladies often help me out by grabbing parcels from the post office as I have a full time job and don't make it by the 5pm aust post desk close. This afternoon I walked in and was greeted by a new face, she was rude from the start. Asking what I want. And when I mentioned the parcels, was told I'm like super busy" (she was on her phone when I walked in) and to come back during their opening hours. I understand they do me a favour by allowing me to get my parcels but being polite is hardly a lot to ask

I moved to Rivervale in January this year and have had to visit my local chemist a few more times than normal. What a fantastic chemist this is, the staff are so friendly and helpful. You really get amazing customer service from everyone and their knowledge is fabulous. I'm really impressed and grateful to have this chemist in walking distance when I need some medical assistance. Keep up the great work!

The chemist and employees are always readyto help covid and flu jabs and information on any medication always with a smile, my go to chemist anytime.

Lady at the front counter to the entrance with rayban goggles was rude. I am an foreigner and I wasn’t sure if some procedures and I had to reassure myself and asked ‘’is that it?’’ But her reply was rude. She said ‘’ it’s your job. So know if yourself. It’s not my job’’. Felt little embarrassed. As a sales person I believe that’s not the right way to talk.

I wish I had Made this my local chemist years ago. I was going to one at the Belmont forum. My specalist kept on sending scripts via email and the other chemist couldn't find them and basically told me to go away and contact them and tell them to send it again. Which I did three times with no luck. So I asked my specalist to send it to Kooyong. There was still a problem with the script which was my specalist fault. But unlike the other chemist the man working behind the counter went above and beyond to sort this problem out with my specalist. I couldn't believe it. Then the next time I came in he still remembered my name. The service that ever single staff member provides here is the best in Perth. Nothing is ever a problem and they are always so happy. Thankyou so much for helping me. I only use this chemist now and keep my scripts with them.
