Aussie Home Loans Golden Grove

Being a first time investor, my knowledge in regards to home loans and interest rates were very limited, however, Aussie Home Loans Golden Grove made sure that I am receiving the best rates with the best bank. I had several questions throughout the entire process but my broker always answered all my questions thoroughly with patience and kindness. They were very efficient and completed all the tasks immediately. They always looked at my best interest and provided the best suggestions. Additionally, they responded to all my calls and emails immediately. They did majority of the work and made the entire process so much easier. I highly recommend them!

Dianne has been so helpful in the early stage of our home loan application process. We have had a few meetings with her about our options including how much of a deposit we need, how long we need to be in a job, how much we can borrow, who we can borrow from and how this changes the deposit required and repayments. This advice has been tailored to us and we have been able to ask questions along the way. She has always tried her best to explain everything to us and adjust to our changes in circumstances. Because we don't live in the Golden Grove area, we have had all correspondence with Dianne via Zoom, phone call or email. We are so grateful that this has been an option and has allowed us to have more frequent contact with Dianne rather than having to go into the office every time we have a question or meeting. She has also met with us after hours, which has been incredibly helpful because we both work full time. I would definitely recommend Dianne and getting some advice when you're thinking about a home loan early because then you can make sure you are ticking all the boxes while you save for your deposit.
