Charges $15 for express shipping and then marks your parcel as signature on delivery so it can't be dropped off in a safe location (my secure office building) anyway and spends days in limbo. Waste of time and money, go somewhere else.

Showed up to pick up my Keychron parts, quick with no problems. Could do with a bit of a tidy at the front entrance but other than that. Appreciate not waiting for shipping.

Terrible supplier. Like others I got a defective Keychron keyboard, it's been two weeks now and I'm still trying to get it refunded.I guess Mike never learned from the ACCC fines from his time working at MSY

Keyboard from the seller recently failed to connect wirelessly after being disconnected once. Little customer support, Mike directed me to a number of simple steps but none worked. Mike then stopped responding to me. No customer support , faulty keyboard, do not recommend to purchase from this seller.Updated review from 1 to 3 stars : Mike eventually replied and was polite. Unfortunately the option he provided was for me to send it back for inspection and then they may or may not refund depending on the outcome of the investigation. This meant I would be without a keyboard for likely 1-2 months. I didn’t like that at all so I followed the instructions from the manufacturer and rebooted the keyboard myself with some help from online videos. The manufacturer I got in touch with has more technical solutions and I learnt they have a much easier refund:return policy if I had bought from them directly.Overall, weaker customer after care but keyboard is fine. I like the brown one better, love the click clickety click.
