Poor experience as a potential tenant. As someone who works in real estate I find it surprising that they would hire agents that can’t do the basics - such as reply to a sms or phone call or email just to communicate back to someone. I viewed a property for rent , applied same day and reached out to the listed agents via text, and email to advise I had applied and asked a couple of questions re the property. I learned a week later i didn’t get approved (which is fine) but not one response to any of my communication. If I looked after my tenants and landlords that way I wouldn’t have a job! Wouldn’t recommend this agency. Even if I didn’t get the place, a simple response to my question would have still meant I had a good experience and would use them again for renting but would avoid.
