Great place to stay, rooms are quite nice and modern, bed extremely comfortable, very good bathroom and hotel has a couple of choices of restaurants to eat at, buffet and Italian. Both are very popular

Impressive accommodation. The front reception/foyer is striking, the staff were very helpful and the rooms were big and well appointed. The price was also great!

We did not stay here because we did not end up visiting Gladstone but just wanted to commend the customer service. The team there were extremely helpful with our enquires. We will definitely stay here when we visit.

I did not stay but had dinner at yaralla sports club.The food was self service and cost $39.00 per person.Food was unappealing and not very nice.We paid an extra $6.90 for eye fillet which was cooked at your table on hot stone which was novel.

We frequently drive Brisbane to Mackay and always stop over here for the night as we have young children. The service here is 2nd to none and any request is fulfilled. We even booked here with 5 minutes notice one time and the room was ready to go with a portacot straight away.We always get the family room as it has two large beds and one bed can be closed off into a room, perfect for our baby in a cot.Always clean and room service is quick. There is a nice casual Cafe downstairs in a large space, perfect for families if you don't want to dine formally.Top marks for customer service - everyone has always been so lovely.They also just got a new pool also, so points for that too.Would recommend a few more things for the kids like a playground or area (maybe they have one but I haven't seen it yet, please correct me if I'm wrong)Chantelle & Dane Mahaffey

Worst Mantra hotel to stay. The staff is very rude, they won't consider you as a guest and just yell at you if you ask for any help. not recommended to anyone. Please beware of this hotel. They deserve negative stars.

Incredible value-for-money. Rooms are well appointed, quiet and comfortable. Only stayed for one night on our way through town but glad we stopped in!

We booked mantra gladstone at the very last minute and mantra definitely delivered.Inviting foyer, greeted by friendly receptionists, 3 restaurants to choose from, live music on the weekend, provided with spacious rooms with basic kitchen amenities, wash/dry washing machine at a very convenient location and comfy beds. Great value and quiet location.
