Best customer service I have ever had.Meredith has an outstanding knowledge base of her products and listens to what you need and why, getting you into the bed you really need. I am thoroughly impressed with the entire process.Cannot wait till I get into my new bed.

My wife and I were greeted by Meredith at Sleepy's West Gosford. Meredith took the time to listen to our expectations of our new bed and then showed us products that matched, then exceeded our expectations. Meredith gave us great insight into the support required to get a good nights sleep and how technology today can help us achieve this goal.

My partner and I recently purchased a new mattress and adjustable bed frame from Sleepy's.Meredith definitely upsold us and tried to sell us extra products, but it felt like there was care behind it for the most part. Although I left with some sceptical thoughts, she was very lovely to chat with, extremely knowledgeable, thorough and accommodating. Even assisting us to learn new things about beds and sleep.The store was clean and displays were well setup.Sleepy's used an external delivery company who were absolutely wonderful. The men were cheery and put everything together for you. Meredith had also organised for them to take away our old mattress.As for the products, Meredith gave us a good deal and so far so good.

Meredith was extremely helpful today when we came into the store. Originally thinking we needed a mattress topper for our existing mattress, Meredith’s knowledge and experience assisted us in making a decision to purchase a whole new bed system. She was able to recommend the right mattress based on our physical appearance and a few basic questions.We spent a very long time resting on the few different styles and eventually found the combination that works for us.Meredith was so patient with us, encouraging us to try out different beds over and over again. Her time and knowledge was invaluable in helping us make the decision to purchase.We’re so excited about our purchase and can’t wait to get a great nights sleep.

Firstly, Meredith was an absolute delight. Her product knowledge, her passion, her ability to choose the right moment to let her customers think/discuss amongst themselves, and just her lovely manner - absolutely wonderful. Best sales-based experience we've had in a long time.The store itself has an excellent range of mid- to upper-shelf products available to try; they don't appear to carry the super cheap stuff. This ain't Ikea or Fantastic Furniture so not a place to shop for basic kids' beds or spare room furniture that will likely never be used. It's more for when you're ready to invest in a proper, high quality bed to last a decade.Meredith also gave us a good price - I can't find anywhere online that came within 15% of the deal she gave us!Highly recommended.

Meredith was amazing and helpful! My husband and I went in looking for a pillow, which she helped us find and let us try out on a bed similar to ours. We got to talking and then went back in later that day and ended up getting a new bed to go with it. Excellent, helpful service and both of the employees were incredibly lovely.
