Called weeks ago to get an appraisal done on my property ready to list for sale. Spoke to the sales guy on the phone and went over everything, gave him details of tenants etc. Was advised id hear back and that he would book an appointment.After 3 weeks and another phone call that was never returned i went elsewhere..

The first 2 months our property was for sale we were having open homes most weekends with a few people coming through the week aswell.After every inspection Jaimie stated that he will call us and let us know the outcome which hardly ever happened. We had to call him to find out any feedback.As soon as the 3 months of exclusive agency was completed, we never heard from Jaime again for the next 2 months that it was on market for.We ended up talking with Taurie for those 2 months and she was great. First thing on Monday after inspection on weekend we got a phonecall saying if we got an offer or not and any feedback she had received.I wouldn't recommend Jaimie as your real estate agent. But Taurie was great.
