Bassendean Parcel Locker

i don’t know what everyone else is doing, but i just go here, show my id and they give me my parcel

This has to be the worst post office in whole WAThis post office must have the world worse staff by far, I always been having issues with my parcel.My parcel either gets lost, or the driver doesn't attempt to leave the parcel when you already paid for extra delivery.I was on the phone on hold for 37 minutes before anyone picked the phone.This lady called me a different name to mined and basically made me be a liar when I told her there was no driver attempted to leave a card at my house for collection.Honestly to God, I don't understand how this people gets jobs working with general public, because they are helplessTheir service needs to improve, this is not fair how terrible they are.DISGUSTING

I just was at your bassedean delivery centre. The lady who is working the counter today 29/6/20 @ 11:30 needs to learn how to talk with customers. She is rude, abrupt and down right ridiculous when she speaks to people. If she doesn't want to work in customer service and be nice maybe she shouldn't be working their then. There is so many people who need a job right and now, and not have to deal with her moody attitude towards people. Just saying you should talk to her and teach her some manners and empathy. It doesn't look good on your company.

The brunette hag with glasses at the front counter seriously needs a punch in the face... or maybe a good root. Been collecting parcels here for the last 2+ years and never ceases to amaze me how vulgar, sarcastic and rude she is whenever I collect them. If you hate your job and life that much honey here’s some advice.... find a new job or career because customer service is clearly not your strong point!! Judging by previous reviews I’m definitely not the only one who feels this way. Disappointing when all the other customer service officers there are always so nice.

First time leaving a review.Had an awful experience this morning around 9:30. The lady at the window where to collect the parcel are very rude.Acting like I owed her money.This is disrespectful

Why are the staff here always unpleasant? My fiancee was made to feel like a criminal, the lady suggesting that despite the fact she had my driver's licence and the pick up receipt, she could have stolen them. My 6th visit now and the staff always grumpy and suspicious. Closes 5pm and not open weekends. Do they have to make it so hard?

Worst post office ever, that's the first time in my life I post a review, I have never seen so many hopeless people at work.. no wonder they get paid per hours. the lady a the front was so rude and not competent she better do some exercises instead of sitting and assault people.Make sure you leave a note to pick up if you got the parcel in your wharehouse idiots.

Not sure why so many bad reviews. The people that work there are generally helpful and cheerful. They are not employed to motivate your day. They are there to do a job and they do it with professionalism and in a courteous way.

Australia Post is very bad. Kampala in Uganda has better delivery KPIsTheir contractors consistently do not deliver satisfaction to the customer.They are supposedly a parcel delivery service. There’s an oxymoron in that title. “Delivery “whilst AP continue to contract out parcel delivery.
