I went for my kids haircut at 5pm but the lady said to leave we are closing at 5:30 very rude behaviour.

I must say Chinese lady was polite but her worker messed up my hair. Seriously i had beautiful long layers in my hair and I just went there for trim. As they were offering walk in and after lockdown it was hard to get appointment in my salon. Anyway, all i needed was a trim just basic trim of my layers and when she cut all my hair, she told me your layers are gone? How they are gone? I saw my hair all straight from back and i will say not even proper straight and it didn't stop there. My front fringe (short hair) I usually like up to nose but instead of parting hair properly to one side, she cut them like this and now I ended up a fringe which is not mixed with rest of my hair, it has long and short hair threads and feels like something hanging out of my head. It's not merged at all. I have to attend an important function in two days and I don't know how I am gonna manage my hair. Can that lady tell me how my layers were gone? I just asked you a trim what did you do? I have weak eyesight and was not able to see without glasses so basically not able to see what she was doing. May be this salon is good for boys, or if you want straight trim but I will not go there again and not recommending this at all. Also, they were using same dirty apron on everyone regardless of Wide spread of covid.

I went in for a haircut and asked for a fade and very little taken off the length. I even showed the lady using my fingers to make sure she understands. I'm a guy who is very particular about his hair and I usually keep my length longer around 3-4 inches reaching tip of nose. She actually did a fair job at giving a fade. Then came the horror. She asked me to bend my head down started cutting my length. I was still thinking that she was just trimming the length but in reality she was cutting it short. By the time I noticed she already cut most parts of the length. She noticed my expression and said that my hair was too long and It would be nice and cool with more manageable length. I was shocked hearing this and couldn't speak anything. My hair was now severely chopped and it is now very short and just reaches half of my forehead. Never going back there. Why would someone cut your hair short if you didn't want to. She was damn unprofessional and looked scissor happy.

Terrible. Apparently it's $25 for number 1 and then $20 for number 2, additional charge for gel (seriously?), and was asked to pay before the haircut. There are way better barber shops to go to. Not recommended!

The hairdressers are so not professional and have zero experience in hair cut and my hair has just been ruined. I don’t have much hair left on my head now thanks to them. Haircut is not just about take the machine and run it on your head. It’s an art and they lack it very much. On top of that, showing attitude on their fault and lack of skills is very much not appreciatable and very much disrespectful. And mocking ppl in their language (Punjabi) is another thing they are really good at.

My son got the worse hair cut ever in this place. The Chinese lady manager talk to the hair dresser in Chinese during she was cut my son hair in order to we can not understand what she say. We almost spend double the estimate time for this job. The whole experience was so trouble.

Affordable. Common place to go for a proper haircut.

Very bad experience the manager was so rude and their prices are so unfair, different prices for different size of machine numbers. Never ever I have seen a pre paid salon in my life.
