Crocs Playcentre Moorabbin

If you want a centre where you can do absolutely whatever you want with total disregard for the rules… then come here. Very disappointed as I had a 1.5 year old and simple safety rules were not followed or endorsed by management which made it a very unsafe place for my toddler. Bikes were being ridden around the tables, a group of older children storming the strictly baby area, children sprinting around tables and kicking balls around in the table area. Half the children wearing socks, other half bear foot. I spoke to the manager and she simple said, sorry the parents should control this. I then reminded her that it’s her job to keep the children safe and her response was very dismissive and she took absolutely no responsibility. I don’t think I’ll be bringing my child here again unfortunately.

Sadly a really unpleasant experience at this indoor play centre. While following my toddler through the play centre maze, I noticed lots of litter and dirt that looked as though it had been there for weeks, not just that day. Things like dirty socks, chip packets, food scraps were strewn all throughout the play equipment. The fabric on the equipment was torn in many places throughout, not sure what all the entry fees are being put towards but it most definitely is not upkeep, maintenance and cleaning. Photos attached for parents to see for themselves. Definitely won’t be taking my small children back there.

We went to crocs play center for an activity based bday party. We arrived 2 minutes early and were surprised to see that the baking room was all set up and ready to go as soon as little bakers arrived.The two attendants were smiling, caring and helpful. They were pushing the children to participate in the baking, roll the dough, put sauce/ cheese on, put toppings etc. Kiddos loved them.Children baked a pizza and some cookies that they could take along with them.Party food, coffee and platters from muffin break was awesome. Special mention to vegetarian foccasia platter.Nice place to host a party. They can be even better if they add more play area.

This place needs a good clean there are thick layers of dust on top of the play frame and sweet wrappers everywhere. Also there was a large rip in the play frame with exposed rough edges of plywood sticking out . Coffee is also very poor. Staff were generally friendly but service was slow due to under staffing. I won't be back again.

Our son enjoyed the visit which was great. There were lots of areas to play in, although some of these were age restricted. Required some cleaning in parts, but generally okay. Coffee and snacks weren't the greatest unfortunately, but overall this place was okay.

Attended a birthday party here and the place is clean and neat. Staffs were great with kids and very helpful with cake cutting and food serving. Toilets are clean too. There are lots of things to play including slides, bicycles and balls. They have many party theme rooms which is super cool and colorful. Great place for kids to play when it is raining outside.

It is a small area where you can manage your kids and it is good enough for them to play 1-2 hours with an acceptable price. There is a separate place for babies as well.However this place is full of dust and rubbish. All of the facilities is breaking down in pieces.

Went with small ideas for 25% off and they said it applied to full price regardless of age. Ended up being 20 cents off. 4 items are broken (have been since last visit 1 year ago). The entire front section is archade rides you have to pay for. Better off going to lollipop or super zu for price. Looks fine for parties.

Had a great time here with my daughter. It is her second time at a Crocs playcentre and she absolutely loves it. The place is clean, neat and tidy even when it is packed. All play equipments are well maintained, completely useable and none broken!This place is 100% safe for kids. Kids can play around without parents worrying as everything around them is built to ensure safety first. Playground is big and ample of space for kids to run around. Great fun place for both kids and adults.
