Sol Yoga Studio
A beautiful little studio that transports you during practice (Hot Yin).Haydn is a great teacher and has really created a great vibe. I would highly recommend this studio.

Sol Yoga Studio
The studio space is beautiful and the sensation of the Far Infrared heaters is amazing. I have had the pleasure of practicing yoga with the director, Haydn Shadforth, for many years. I always leave his classes feeling like my best self.

We had a lovely start of the day discovering Sol Yoga Studio this morning! The heated yoga class made it easy and enjoyable to exercise in this freezing weather!! We love discovering businesses around Freo, the place looks great and welcoming. Thanks Haydn, we will be back!
