My husband and I found Vicki and Elle (store manager) from Flight Centre Mt Eliza, unprofessional and unable to deliver basic customer service. Being customers with Flight Centre for 25 years, we still cannot believe that such behavior can occur in Flight Centre store.In January 2019 we paid for air tickets for Athens to begin the trip by mid-August 2019 requesting from Vicki to book the seats for us that would be suitable for my husband who is having health issues. In July we received the itinerary and then went to see Vicki in the store. She confirmed we were going to receive the appropriate seats highlighting to have a promise from Qatar rep. At that time she was pushing to sell us some sort of travel credit card that we were not interested to buy. Then two weeks before our trip, she emailed me that there were not good seats for my husband and again was trying to persuade us to buy the travel credit card. Not even a mention that no seats were booked from her end. I requested to see her. Her only available appointment was week before our trip, namely 7 August at 11 am in Mt Eliza Store. The very same day 7 August at around 9.30 am she sent me SMS that she was sick and could meet me only on 14 August when we were to begin our trip. I emailed her that it was urgent for us to have seats booked. To my surprise Vicki’s Out of Office Message showed that she was going to be back in store on Thursday 8 August at 9.30 am. I then called Qatar and booked the only available seats, which are by all means far of what we could have got if our seats were booked earlier. We went to Mt Eliza Flight Centre store and met with Bec, who did not know how to handle the situation as she was not previously involved with. Then I requested to see store manager, but was told that she was busy. When I said I was going to make official complaint, Elle told me to come back in ten minutes. Upon my return, the conversation with Elle was unsatisfactory as there was no resolution to our concerns, not to mention there was no apology for the mistakes made by Flight Centre Mt Eliza.

We've never ever been let down by these guys & gals and even in the most trying of times, this crew is amazing.

Matt Sellenger impressed us with his professionalism, patience and determination to assist us to enjoy this holiday. COVID created problems and there was doubt that we would be able to get our money back. He and Flight Centre worked on our behalf and we are now able have the overseas holiday. Matt worked tirelessly on our behalf and his advice and friendly assistance has made the preparation and planning easy. Booked my recent trip to America through flight centre Mt Eliza. Vicki was amazingly helpful and went the extra mile to make sure everthing went smoothly and was incredibly helpful when a problem came up while we were over there. Couldnt be happier and will definitely use again!
