Terrible communication, never return calls or emails. Marked my screen as damaged in transit even though THEY packed it. 3rd warranty return on this screen. Will be contacting ACCC regarding as this business" refuses to communicate alongside ASUS. Avoid like the plague."

I honestly can't believe they are an official ASUS repair centre. The business does not look professional, signage at the entrance was poor.I put my laptop in and they told me they would be in touch in 48 hours. 8 days later I called them and no one could tell me anything about my laptop. The promised call back never eventuated. Next day I received a bill by email for $700 with no explanation of what was wrong with the laptop. Seemed a lot for a $1500 laptop so I asked them to explain. Told it was the motherboard and it was an expensive one.I chose to buy a HP instead and have learnt my lesson.

Recently attended to get the data retrieved from my old laptop. Brad was just great. Prompt, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this business. Saved me a day off work by doing everything I needed on the spot. Thanks again.

Brad was very helpful and managed to order me exactly what I needed in a timely manner. Even though I'm in Toowoomba and they are in Brisbane I recieved my order very quickly. I would definitely recommend this business.

Absolutely disgusting service. Tried charging us $450 to replace the laptop's motherboard when that wasn't even the issue with the laptop. Went back to collect as I couldn't afford the so called repairs and the guy was very reluctant to hand it over saying that other stores won't do an as good job as them. He even said he would wave the $50 evaluation fee if we pursued the repairs with them. After that I took it to another computer store and they diagnosed for free that it was an issue with the charger - not the laptop at all. It works perfectly fine with a new charger. Place should be shut down for deceptive business practices. Be sure to take your experience to the ACCC/QCAT if you've been scammed by them.

Terrible communication. Provided one set of advice one day, and something completely different the next, pretty much felt I was given the run around, took ages to get the problem resolved. As an authorised repairer for ASUS I was surprised at the run down state of the business which seemed to look as if it was mid way through mediocre renovations. Emails were ignored for months, eventually I contacted ASUS and got the answer I was after and made a complaint about this organisation.

They did a great and quick job of fixing my device. It needed a new keyboard.They tried repairing it on the spot when I dropped it off. But after identifying the provlem, they ordered the parts and had it fixed in under a week.

Poor customer service. Brought my ASUS Laptop in since I couldn't switch it on. Their diagnosis was the motherboard was spolit n can't be fixed. Took of my memory card and asked.me to buy an adapter to transfer files into a new laptop. I did that but a friend suggested to take it to another place in Windsor for a second opinion. The guy fitted back the memory cark and sorted the issue in 5 mins for FREE. ASUS need to get their act together! Poor quality service and I called mimerous times n no response or return call. Not recommended.

The Good - Friendly staff, Fast to order parts and compete the repair.The bad - they rarely answer the phone.They marked up my monitor screen but luckily i was able to clean it up. They were slow to send back, took 5 days after repair complete.Please show more respect to our gear. And hire a receptionist...yikes.
