I've been attending epic for 5 years for keratin smoothing treatments and colours. I've also had a couple of big change hair cuts. Every visit has left me impressed with the talent and professionalism of the stylists. The spaces are gorgeous too.

Emily and all the lovely ladies are so friendly and welcoming. The ambience of this place is like a little oasis with cheerful soft music and the coffee and wine offered is always an added bonus to the experience. We all love a good head massage when we get our hair cut and coloured and they do not disappoint. I’ve always found they are honest about timeframes and deliver what they say they will. I’ve never been disappointed when I’ve left nor know of anyone who has. They are the best!

I had an appointment with Madi yesterday and it went better than I could have ever hoped for. She was so kind and also very knowledgeable about any questions I had throughout the service. I had showed her a photo of what I wanted and she did exactly what the photo looked like. She is extremely talented and I am so happy to have been booked with her. The atmosphere in the salon was very good, I will be returning any time I want my hair done and I would highly recommend to anyone who asks.

Absolutely love getting my hair done here. My hair dresser Scott does such a great job and the high level of attention to detail is fantastic. Even talking through how changes would need to be maintained and including timeframes. Great place to go.

I went in as a new customer and was looked after brilliantly. Booked a cut, wash and blowdry and asked for a treatment. Service was great, very helpful and friendly. Loved the reclining chairs for the wash and the head massage was so good!

I’ve only been a couple of times but I’ve definitely been ‘wowed’. The team is super helpful, the demeanour of the salon is professional yet friendly, and it is always clean. No matter which hairdresser you book into, they’re all great - Thoroughly taking you through options, educating you on product and just generally making you feel like it really is a special service they provide for you. Wonderful first visit to this salon. Justine took her time understanding what I was after and continued to check in along the way. And she was very kind when my bub decided to lose the plot! Very happy with the result
