Realised at self serve register after I had paid for goods I had picked up the wrong size briefs. When I spoke to the girl supervising self serve I was informed to exchange I had to go to the back of the store to the lay bye counter so I requested a refund only to be told all refunds were done at the back counter also. I was not happy as I had already stood in line for a period of time to use the register so I simply went back to the women's dept and exchanged myself. Being an honest person I exchanged for a garment of the equal price but in actual fact could have exchanged for a much more expensive item as no one checked anything going out the door....I am sure there are some people who take advantage of this especially when it takes so much effort and time to go through the right channel

I had such a great, friendly and helpful staff member help locate my online order today which had come from this store. After weeks of dealing with the main Kmart customer service and the couriers, with no luck it was lovely to finally get someone who listened and just helped out. got delivery today ready for Christmas so Thank you!!!

Everytime I order things online they refund me. Can't ever get what I spend ages picking online to find in a few days they refund me and say they don't have it in stock anyway... Why bother.... dont advertise it if you don't have it.

It was so hot and there was no air-conditioning in there and all the customers and staff were so hot and you could physically see it and nearly passed out

Love buying lollies here as they are cheap. Great place to shop and cheap place to shop and find variety of different things. I feel though they need a place to have clothes for adolescents.

FIX YOUR AIRCON IT'S SUMMER AND A MILLION DEGREES OUTSIDE AND EVEN HOTTER IN 75% OF YOUR STORE. You're losing customers I know alot of people that have said we're just going to Big W to shop the air con is working there at least.What a nightmare!!!!!!!! Never Again10 months later after first post about your air con it's still a sauna in your store and your staff look miserable and it's entirely understandable I feel for them they have sweat patches and crazy sweaty hair sort it out I'm sure it's the responsibility between centre management and Wesfarmers to provide some of comfort for your staff to work in. It's just reaffirmed why I go to Big W. It's just pure insanity to continue like that. How do you expect your staff provide a good service when they can't breathe properly. Worst experience

Nice friendly helpful young staff members.. no waiting. Service desk lady lovely too. Enjoyed my time there, but would of been nicer in larger more shops centre.
