That Dog Trainer Dude
Highly recommended Professional dog trainer. Before Rhys, our rescue pup had no impulse control, pulled on the lead, and would not listen when he saw another dog. Our first session with Rhys, saw immediate results, he knew what was being asked of him and responded immediately. I had more success in 3 weeks with Rhys than the 3 months I tried with another “professional” dog trainer. People we see on our regular walks have even complimented on his improvement over the last month. Not only are we both so much happier, now that we understand each other, I have been able to successfully walk him off leash already!

I contacted Rhys after struggling with my dog Kali for almost a year after she became extremely reactive towards other dogs after I had my son. Rhys is clear and patient and Kali enjoys our sessions! For the first time in a long time I’m enjoying my walks with Kali rather than dreading them. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Rhys, I’ll be forever grateful

Before we hired Rhys our puppy she was just a bit frustrating.But after only 4 sessions with Rhys — and a few minutes of practice each day at home — the whole dynamic changed, and our enjoyment of her became all that we'd hoped for.Rhys didn't train our puppy as much as he taught us to communicate with her in a way she would respond to. She loves training now, and so do we.Thanks Rhys. We wouldn't have achieved this without you.

My experience with Rhys was life-changing for myself and my dog, Allie was a shelter dog with trust issues and had never been walked on a lead, she had also taken off a few times and it almost cost her life chasing kangaroos, since dealing with Rhys that is no longer a problem, great recall and lead walking is very easy now, we are still working on getting her more confident but i am confident we will get there very soon.Thanks Rhys, great customer service and a very no fuss kind of guy, very easy to deal with!

I took my fur child to Rhys after trying puppy school and putting in a lot of time and effort with no change.I completed 5 sessions with Rhys and in that time Mercy responded really well. Rhys was patient, knowledgeable, tried different techniques and he was really professional in his dealing. I learnt so much about dogs behaviours and how to continue training which was well worth it!I have since referred him on to family and friends who have also had positive outcomes.

My beautiful GSP benji and I met Rhys walking down the street on what I used to call a devil day, we spent 5 or 6 sessions with Rhys and made amazing progress. I really enjoyed my time with Rhys and learnt so much, his patience with both of us was amazing and his honesty when he thought we were in a great place was a refreshing. Benj and I have come so far and loved our time with Rhys, and I’m sure we’ll see him again…

Rhys isn't just a dude, he's a BOSS. And he doesn't just train your dog, he trains you as well - which was missing from our last dog training attempt. We have a 2.5 y/o Kelpie-Rottweiler cross who we couldn't walk comfortably on lead (always pulling), she was barking at the window and guests as they arrived, and in the 4 sessions we've had so far the improvement is unbelievable. Rhys gives you all the tools you need to train your dog, and with consistency and a little time you'll be amazed at the transformation. I highly recommend him if you are searching for a dog trainer.

I reached out to Rhys and booked my pup Pablo in for the 5 sessions of training. With that now completed I have extended to an additional 5 as Rhys (that dog trainer dude) has been fantastic! Not only have I seen a huge improvement in Pablo but also learnt how to be a better dog owner. Rhys takes the time to go through the phycology of the training and focuses on long term obedience. I can highly recommend him and would strongly suggest making the investment in the 5 sessions. My partner an I are very happy customers.
