I rented an apartment in Capital Grand for more than a year through Amity. It was a fantastic experience. Lajka is the Head Property Manager of Amity, with her support, moving in and out is simply pleasant.Lajka was a pleasure to deal with - she is absolutely kind and always available to help no matter how small or insignificant a query might seem.I would highly recommend Amity to anyone looking to rent a property in Melbourne.

Serene Lai has been my property manager for about 18 months now and she has consistently delivered exceptional service. She has been continuously proactive in finding tenants during vacancy periods with a short turn around time, even during tough circumstances, and ensures that both parties are happy making the process seamless. I would definitely recommend Serene and her services at Amity Property Group to other landlords looking for a quality property manager.

ZERO STAR IF POSSIBLE! NEVER AGAIN WITH AMITY PROPERTY GROUP! I agree with all those 1 star reviews. Current issue in Leroy Apartment in St Kilda. FOBs were replaced, and all the new sensor keys are not working. This should’ve been done in 1-2 days. But owner’s corporation said the new remotes and parts will be available mid to end of next week which take bloody 10 days to get it done, and this is ridiculous. They asked us to swipe in and out of the garage door swipes which have been installed on the garage wall, and THEY ARE NOT WORKING EITHER!!! We couldn’t get into the building without someone opening the door for us, and I usually finished working at night, I can’t being locked out of the building. This is very frustrating. Get this done asap!!!

I have been dealing with AMITY property group for only a short time. They have been amazing in finding a tenant for my rental property. From the moment I walked in the door I knew that this was the place the office is open space and very relaxed.They viewed the property the next day and it was listed very promptly and a tenant was found within seven days.I am very happy with Amity property group. Every time I have rung they have answered the phone promptly. I have sent me emails & SMS messages. The response time is amazing. The whole process has been like clockwork. I am Very satisfied. I am giving them my second property to list and find a tenant.

The team at Amity have demonstrated amazing service and assistance over the past couple years for both rental and apartment purchase. Prompt follow-ups and diligent care throughout leasing, handover and purchasing, I couldn't recommend them more.Especially Lajka and Steven, thanks for all you did for us.

Purchased an investment and a property with them.Have had nothing but a lack of service, no call backs on issues or follow ups and Amity have introduced retrospective rules and regulations that have significantly hindered our investment, after modifying Body Corporate rules. Furthermore, they then became the Owners Corp for our investment and I would not recommend buying through them.They tell you it's a great property and do not disclose all information until you are left with a property that you wish you never purchased. Buyer Beware. Zero stars if it was possible.
