This is not a DIY laundry as advertised.

First time using this place today will definitely be coming back again

The lady who was working there on Saturday the 22/6/19 was so helpful and she was very great to talk to and she went way past and above what she should have thank you so much it was a pleasure to go there we will be definitely be going back

I found this laundromat not very polite and prices are misleading and dont add up.8kg of washing is $26But 16kg is $56...so 2 loads of 8kg youd think youd pay $52. When asked why the extra I was rudely told its how many machines they use.Well wouldnt you be using 2 machines at 8kg.I run an air bnb service and only wash linnen.I paid for a wash dry and fold... my baskets came back Disgustingly folded and extremely Creased fitted sheet looked liked she just rolled in up and the pillow cases shoved down the side so when Beds are made they look terrible.I wouldnt recommend this business if you want a quality job with people that care about there customers.

Omg! Such a hidden gem! Like Mel & Charming who look after your laundry better than your mum & much quicker! Their service is warm, friendly, helpful and convenient from start to finish...oh and having my laundry delivered home...what a blessing to come home to freshly laundered clothes and bedding. Love you gal's & thank you for being so professional and still human! ♥️♥️♥️

Staff are always very helpful and provide an excellent service. Have been using this laundromat for 2 years.

Excellent service, very professional and prompt. Dropped off my washing, had an amazing brunch next door at The Fern & Anchor and then picked up all clean & dry. So convenient with all this rain!

I had some bad experience with one of the workers there, not the owner, she quite rude when we brought the laundry at 5.30 pm half an hour before shop is closed, so I decided not to go back, just to let the owner know, you are very nice but not that worker

Prices are abit extravagant… $25 to wash a garbage bag of clothes that I had to bring back home to hang on the line (due to my washing machine being repaired). It’s a nice and clean place but the price is excessive

Machines were easy to use just tap your card... helpful friendly staff
