Noa by the Beach

Fabulous accommodation close to beaches in Noosa! Beautiful decor, everything you need to have a great holiday. Highly recommended and will be going back for sure!

LOVED our stay at Noa! The house was perfectly suited to our needs (three couples each with a young baby/child). The location is great and we enjoyed walking along the coast into town for coffee or dining most days. The house itself is beautiful with everything you need and gorgeous views of the national park. The house is perfect for holidays with friends or family - in particular we loved the outdoor bbq and entertaining area, as well as the separate kids playroom with lots of toys supplied for them to enjoy. We cannot wait to go back again soon!

Simply perfect! Our stay was so relaxing and comfortable - the property managers have thought of everything! The house is fully equipped - everything you could ever need for a beach holiday is available! Walkable to all the main beaches, national park and hasting street shops (no need to have a car). The house is beautiful down to the smallest detail, perfect for lounging around and relaxing. We will definitely be coming back again.

Amazing! The house is stunning, and the location is fantastic. No need to get in the car once you have arrived. It’s an easy walk to Noosa National Park and Hastings Street. Loved it.

We are a family of 3 and it was the perfect and private luxury stay for us. We especially loved how the back of the property backed onto the national park and of course the pool area. Our toddler loved the dedicated front tv/playroom area filled with so many exciting toys for her to enjoy and the bifold doors that opened onto the secure grass area out the front. The rooms were so spacious with beautiful bedding we stay at the property most days but loved that it was so close to the beach when we wanted to have a dip in the ocean. There was a laundry downstairs that was really convenient throughout our stay aswell as an outdoor shower.We would one hundred percent recommend and stay at noa by the beach again for our annual trip to the Sunshine Coast. We also had a wonderful experience when being shown through the property and had no issues with management or access at all. Thankyou for a beautiful holiday!

I will start by saying the house is beautiful and clean, but the service and price ruined our experience there. If you have young children, this house is not for you.We were prepared to pay the high price of staying at this house with our shared families. There were four couples with four young ones under the age of 2. It first started when there was zero flexibility when it came to check in. Our flight arrived early and we were looked down upon for even asking to put our luggage somewhere whilst we struggled to find somewhere for our children to nap. We were spoken to like we were being done a favour by being approved for the property and almost like a burden for booking it when it came to the tone of the rental agent. We were looked at as if we were there to perhaps destroy the property and spoken to in such a tone of you are out of place and don't belong here. The pool is not child friendly, the floors are concrete with steps from living to dining to kitchen to upstairs etc. It is not safe or appropriate for young children to stay here. The dishwasher was broken and almost fell onto our kids every time it was opened, a serviceman came mid way through the holiday to fix, but this was after a long delay. No coffee pods provided for the coffee machine, and ordinarily I would say thats ok for the above things, but I am just going to say that for the price of this property, it was not worth it. We couldn't use the pool with our kids as its deep on all levels and you cant even stand to support them. We came on this trip with multiple other families and no one had the negative tone and experience we had. Service was not what we were expecting and we were made to feel like intruders in the holiday home vs guests. I will not be booking with this company as long as the rude rental agent runs it.

Can’t speak of this house highly enough. The ultimate sunshine getaway (even in winter!!). Short walk to the beach and a perfect outdoor area for entertaining and relaxing. Everything and more was catered for

I stayed at Noa by the Beach with my family (husband and 3 kids) and another family with 3 kids, and it was excellent. Fantastic location, just a short stroll from Little Cove and Hastings Street, and the National Park - and an absolutely stunning holiday house. We just loved the interiors, well designed, well appointed - it was all around a most excellent experience for a fun holiday break. 100% recommend.

Beautiful oasis in Noosa that’s perfect for families.We stayed at Noa by the Beach in Feb 22’ and the place was stunning. The living area’s are so comforting and the play room (filled with toys) was a huge hit with our children.
