Brought a Hilux from these guys. I live remote in WA and the service from Callum was 5 Star. Answered every question and was happy to do a Video chat and show the car even organised the transport for the car. This is a honest family owned car dealer. It felt like I was buying a car from a mate at mates rates. Very happy!!!

After searching high and low and visiting many car yards with shady salesmen I came last of all to Donovan Motors and did not hesitate to purchase immediately. Bought my car here recently after browsing for a used car online. Callum was great help, even going on a test drive with me. He drove the car so I could pay attention to the details instead of the traffic. All in all I found the purchase to be quite stress free. Callum was ever so helpful, providing awesome customer service. I didn't feel the pressure to buy and greatly appreciated the advice regarding things like warranty. The only hiccup I had was when the car played up the next day. Turned out to be the battery, which was seen to by Callum. The car had been stationary for a while and since the new battery was installed, the car has been driving beautifully. Thanks Callum and crew at Donovan motors!!.
