5 star services. Got p50 pro with freebies!

I recently visited this store to check out some smartwatches. The person on the floor was friendly and welcoming. However, as I started browsing the smartwatches and other electronic devices in the store, I noticed that all of them were set to Chinese language, which made it difficult for me to view the devices or access any information. This was disappointing as I was interested in purchasing a smartwatch from this store, but it seemed to be targeting only Chinese nationals or people who speak the Chinese language. It would have been more helpful if the store had devices in different languages or at least had a way to switch the language settings. Overall, my experience was not satisfactory due to the language barrier

I am very much looking forward to this store opening. Huawei always produce great devices. Would recommend to anyone to pop in.

The staff is very friendly.

Wanted to buy a new dual SIM card phone and trusted Huawei, because always been using Huawei phone, so been to the shop on Sunday 20/11/2022 around 4:30 pm. Only 1 staff in shop and she is chatting with her family friends (a group of 4-5) loudly in store, has no intention of offering help at all. We have approached her to ask about the products, however she is not familiar with the products at all. The reply we got from her is “I don’t about that, this product didn’t sell so well.” Then she went back to her live chat group. Despite of us, there are 2 other groups of customers in store for questions as well, but Clearly they don’t want our business, because chatting is more important in store, very disappointing experience.

Great service especially from Jia Jia. She was informative and was able to judge what kind of a prospective buyer I am. Highly recommend to seek her out for assistance and sales.

They are just a authorised reseller and not the actual Huawei store…you’ll receive no support if something if wrong with your phone. Do not recommend buying.

Friendly customer service and product pricing is not bad actually.

A great place to try products, friendly staff and fun atmosphere.Hopeful that they will stock phone/product accessories in the future such as cases and screen protectors. Furthermore, there's no on site technician which is means this store is effectively retail only. Room for improvement but still a great place.
