Kind and friendly dentist and assistant. They put me at ease, went over my dental care plan in detail, where not put off by all my questions and from what I could tell were no more or less expensive than other dentists. My advice is book early! There is a reason that they are busy :)

5 stars ! Got a root canal done by Dr Ryan Saldanah . Absolutely no pain or discomfort. Walked me through every step and was very helpful and informative. Hands down best dentist ive seen in my 36 years . Massive thanks .

I was extremely happy with the Dentist and the Dental nurse. I am delighted with my experience they made me feel relaxed and comfortable as I get anxiety. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile. Left feeling very happy. Extremely clean and professional, I highly recommend.

You can tell Dr Anu Kuriakose cares so much for her patients. She is very knowledgeable and always makes sure you are comfortable. She gave me fantastic advice and a clear plan on my follow up appointments. Had such a great experience.

They were polite in telling me that they did not care about my QR code scan in. They did not care that the seating was not 1.5m apart in the waiting room, and they did not care that I sat in the waiting room without a mask. But they did care that my masks exemption was private and that I said I didn’t need to show it under section 94H of the privacy act, and they said I needed to wear one while I walked from the waiting room to the consultation room. Then I would take it off for obvious reasons. Very hard to check someone’s teeth when the customer is masked up!! The hypocracy is astounding. A big negative from me.

Would not recommend this dentist to anyone, the only positive aspect of my experience was the reception lady. I was lead to an open bay out the back where I had people walking back and forth and entering the bay going through cupboards/draws etc during my check/clean. I had booked in for a check up and a clean, from being called through to then paying at the reception was 20 minutes if that, I have never experienced such a quick dentist visit in my life. The check up consisted of the doctor looking around my mouth with a mirror and then proceeded with the clean. I was then told to spit and rinse in the communal sink (shared with the bay beside mine) which is located in the walkway where people are walking past. I was a new patient to this clinic, they knew no history of my teeth/gum health, no questions were asked before starting and I was not made to feel comfortable. During my visit I was made to feel like I was a nobody, who didn’t matter, there were lots of discussions between staff on what services they will do for me such as xrays and fluoride treatments as I had booked in when they were having a deal. Obviously staff had no idea about the deal and were wondering if they provide usual services or give me a half done job. I will not be going back, very unhappy with the service provided. Easy money made for those 20 minutes of fluff.

Dr Anu has incredible patient care. She concerns herself with ensuring I am comfortable at all times through numerous visits and displays a high level of professionalism. From my experience Dr Anu gives the impression of a well practiced and skilled Dentist.

They were able to invent an appointment time for me literally for the next day, which, due to a bad toothache I really appreciated, especially since the dentist I rang just prior said the earliest they could fit me in was 6 weeks. In contrast, within 12 hours, I not only got an initial consult but also had a complete tooth extraction done. A very competent and experienced dentist and friendly staff too. Awesome choice!!

We love 1300 smiles. Dr Mochrum and the team have stayed open for an emergency tooth fix for my child, all staff are exceptional with myself and my children. The kids feel calm and so excited to go to the dentist. The girls at the front are well trained and can answer all your questions regarding info related to Medicare or private health. Nothing is ever a hassle. Thank you for being so professional every visit.
